Start button will not work as well as the blinkers on both sides

Hi Bigcountry42, 1992 and later Touring Models, fuel pump fuses and relays will be behind the right side panel, starter and ignition relays will be under the seat behind the battery, everything else will be behind the left side panel to access fuses pull back on the front two locking tabs and slide the cover up. Good luck and have nice day.

Blinker wont click/blink

If the right side works correctly than you have a burnt out bulb on the left side. Compare the bulbs that are blinking on the right side to the bulbs that are not blinking on the left side. You should be able to figure out what bulb is not working.

My blinkers wont work but the hazards work. No fuses burnt out.

That would most likely be the switch itself. Fairly common

Have 2001 Cherokee, for some time the blinker will turn on but not blink. If you moved blinker handle up and down they would work, Now it wont work at all. Dont know how to find fuse

likely your flasher unit was failing or you had a bulb out somewhere. Flasher should be on right side of steering column under dash yours could be a "combination flasher" Older models had flashers on fuse box under dash on left side.
