Question about Vehicle Parts & Accessories
My auto service facility mistakenly replaced my 2012 Toyota Corolla's oil with 20W-40. The manufacturer recommends 0W-20. Can I leave the oil in the car, or should it be replaced?
If they messed it up you can take it back to them and make them drain it and fill it with the correct oil. If you live in cold weather you might experience hard starts when the car it's cold and longer warm up time. Other than that It shouldn't affect anything, it's just thicker oil.
