Halogen work with AC or DC voltage ... 12 volt LED bulbs are DC.
Check that transformer delivers DC, or buy 100 watt IP67 LED driver.
Keep in mind the lutron DV-600 is rated for incandescent and halogen loads, and may not function as expected when connected to inductive load like transformer or driver.
It will not light manually as the ignition probe is electronically controlled. If it doesn't stay lit normally then it will more then likely not stay lit when trying to light manually.
First clean out pilot light with can of air , or blow down it with a tude. Then brush electrode clean with a clean paint brush ,chech to see if electrode is in the right postion to light the gas not too far away and the spark is strong , Clean thermopile head if fitted, then check thermocuople /thermopile connections are tight . see if this helps .
If it lights, use a c-clamp or something to keep the fuel button pressed in until it will stay lit without the button pressed. This took me 3 hours before it would finally keep running normally. If that doesn't work, the jet and engine chamber might need cleaning. This takes some additional work and you may need to make a new fiberglass gasket since the original one falls apart after a few seasons.
I had the same problem. i figured out i didnt have the 15 amp fuse in. Its a blue fuse just like the one you use in your car. fuse goes in the slot to the left of the power LED's. this solved my problem hopefully it solves your problem.
