Question about Home Security
I have cinnected and set up all my system but have 1 problem remaining which is when i do network setup so i can do a remote log in from anywhere on my laptop it isnt coming up with my e-seenet id. can anyone help

Make sure the CCTV recorder is on and then connect the USB cable from the device to the PC. After a few seconds your PC should show a pop up notice that a new device is found and the PC is loading the appropriate software for it.
Go to My computer and see if the device logo has come on the screen other than all the PC devices ( such as C drive , DVD Rom drive etc: )
Double click on the CCTV icon and the PC will open the the contents. There will be several folders and open them one by one . One of them will contain your camera recordings. Just copy and paste them in a new folder on your PC.
Revert back if you have any difficulty.

Try following standard account passwords comes with the unit, I've had a similar problem 999999 worked for me.
power 999999, police 111111, admin 123456, guest 000000.
