Touch screen wont work

Hi,

Try the following to bring the touch screen backto life.

Step 1:

Do a power flee by unplugging the power cord from the rear of the printer and holding down the power button for 30 seconds.

If the above doesn't resolve the concern, then try the step 2.

Step 2:

Perform a Full Reset of the HP Photosmart ,
-Press the On button to turn off the unit.
-Disconnect the power cord from the back of the unit.
-Disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet.
-Connect the power cord to the back of the unit.
-Connect the power cord to the AC outlet.
-Press the On button to turn on the unit.

If the touch screen has not gone bad,the above troubleshooting steps should resolve the issue.

My printer is not working , power cable is connected but no indication of power in the printer. i have already bought a new adapter consulting an electrition

Hi,
As you have tried with new Adapter, try to connect the printer directly to the wall jack and see if it is turning on.

If the unit is not turning on then perform these steps:
Follow the steps below to power cycle the all-in-one:
1. Shutdown your computer.
2. Verify that the unit is switched on. Unplug the all-in-one from
power and disconnect the connection port.
3. Wait 30 seconds.
4. Plug in the power only.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 two more times.
6. On the third time after plugging the unit into power, reconnect
the connection port from the all-in-one to your computer.
7. Restart your computer and check the functionality.

If the issue persists then Click here and perform the steps in the web link document.
