Could be a bad level sensor.
And this is not a PC Desktop problem.

Where is the valve lifter oil filter located on the 04 Yukon XL SLT 2500 6.0L V8 4X4 ? How do you get it out?

It's low or out of oil do not run engine check and add oil to fill on dipstick. Oil filter location depends on make and model your local auto parts store can point it out. But don't even start it till you get oil up to full

Need to fix my 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 dually,6.7 Cummings diesel, check engine light code P2002

P2002 - Diesel Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
Description: The powertrain control module(PCM) monitors the efficiency of the diesel particulate filter for a concern. The efficiency of the filter is determined by the amount of restriction in the filter for a certain exhaust flow rate. The diesel particulate filter is preconditioned for 5,000 km (3,107 miles) before the PCM begins to monitor the level of restriction. The test fails when the measured level of restriction is less than the expected level calculated by the PCM. Possible Causes:
  • Dirty air cleaner element
  • Recent manual or thorough diesel particulate filter regeneration
  • Aftermarket accessories and performance modifications
  • Modified tailpipe
  • Exhaust leaks before or near the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor
  • Leaks in the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor connecting hose
  • Damaged diesel particulate filter
Diagnostic Aids: Check for leaks in the exhaust system. Check for aftermarket exhaust accessories and performance modifications that decrease the exhaust restriction. If a new diesel particulate filter was recently installed, verify the diesel particulate filter parameter reset procedure was carried out.

I changed the oil in my 2001 jetta and i put in to much now car doesn't start

You're going to have to drain out the oil and put all fresh oil in. Depending on how much you over filled it, I'm surprised it would turn over at all. When you over fill a motor, you put it into hydrostatic lock. Trying to start it can either burn up your starter motor, or break a number of items inside the motor. The reason I suggest to put in new oil is because the oil you drain out will have particulates in it that it picked up from the motor internals; the oil filter should be fine. Once drained, fill with 3.7 quarts, run it for a couple of minutes, turn it off, let stand for 5 minutes, and then check your oil. Make sure you're on level ground when you do this; and don't take the first read when you pull it out. Pull out the dipstick, clean it, put it back in, pull out and then read it. Hold the stick in a horizontal position when you read it. If low, add a little, wait, check it again, you want it to read in the safe zone marking; the 3.7 without filter should be very close to safe.

Where is oil filter on 92 mercury grand marquis ?

It shoud be next to the oil pan.
If you need to change the oil, get an oil wrench
but first get the oil pan screw off to drain the oil and get some kind of oil collector so you won't spill it all over.
Then, after you drain the oil, take the oil filter off. It will drain more
oil. Let it drain a few minutes and then screw back the the oil pan screw; then , on the new filter put some oil on the rubber filter
and tigh it by hand, not too tight. Then fill the oil. It shoul be 4 or 5 quarts. Start with 4 quarts. Do not over fill it. If after a couple of days the oil stick shows that the oil is low, you may want to put some mere oil.

No if you have filled the engine with (at least 5L) of oil it HAS to be showing a little on the dipstick. The indicator can come on with low oil pressure or sometimes they have a float in the oil pan indicating the vehicle is actually low on oil. I'm not sure where you put the oil into the engine or if the oil plug and filter were installed correctly, but the dipstick ONLY indicates the amount of oil actually in the oil pan. If its not on the dipstick then its not in the oil pan.

A week ago i had all of my car oil change then after that week the oilpan light came up and it is steady red is not blinking sone time it goes away and then it come back what could be

hi, the oil light in your vehicle comes on to let you know that the oil pressure or level is low. sounds like the oil change was performed, but the oil level was not returned(not filled) correctly, or not filled at all. also a possibility that the oil leaked out from a leaking oil filter or drain plug. you should check the oil level on the dipstick before you drive again. if it is low, or empty, the engine will likely blow very soon. fill the oil if it is low until it shows on the dipstick. then top off until on the full mark. or, call the shop that performed the oil change and have them tow your vehicle back to have it serviced correctly. you should be upset at this fact, there should never be a time when you just have your oil changed and the oil light comes on soon after. this generally tells you that your vehicle was not serviced properly.

Passat 2006 2.0 tdi 140 engine won't start dash warning says either "engine fault, garage" or "low oil pressure".

Exhaust pressure sensor a possibility if it has a DPF (diesel particulate filter). Has it had its fuel pump recall, the oil pressure light could be just the constant cranking and running the battery low.

Emissions warning light is permenantly on is there anything i can do to remedy this problem

Take the car to an autoparts store and have them scan the computer for fault codes. Most parts stores will do the scan for free. The light comes on when the computer has noted a fault in one of the car's systems. Getting the codes will show the faults that the computer has noted so that you can remedy the problem. Hope this helped and best wishes.

Mazda 6 oil change

If DPF means Diesel Particulate Filter, no you don't need to change this cartridge. Somewhere near 120000Km you have to refill the additive tank with Eolys additive.
