If so, there should be a short circuit with its main board. Contact any service technician. google.com/+GopakumarGopalan

TX-47F430S seems to be the common problem of going back into standby. Powers up shows the logs and then goes back to low power. The light never goes blue. The fiber optical laser turns on and stays on but...

This is known as SLEEP MODE / STANDY MODE problem.

Simple solutions:
1. Get a power surge protector / strip.
2. Plug your TV power cord to the power surge.
3.Then turn-on your TV using the remote control2_bing.gif. Just in case it won't go all the way to normal state.
4. Turn-off the switch of your power surge like 5 times with an interval of 3-5 seconds.
5. Then repeat step 3 and 4.
6. These steps are done to over-ride the sleep mode.

Re: my 32" Panasonic Viera Lcd-- The red power light comes on for a few seconds, then goes off for another few seconds, then starts blinking. The screen stays black and there is no sound. Bob in LB

id suspect its going in to a shut down mode its likley a power supply problem
but there are inverter boards that can cause this as well
you will probably want to find a servicer in your area to assist with this repair

Slow record time/goes into standby mode

Hi,

It sounds as if it is working mechanically, but there is a software fault.

Try downloading a new driver for it (or use the CD which you may still have)

They are available free Here.

(Please contact again if this does not solve the issue; If it does, Please rata as Fixya! so others may benefit. Thanks.)
