a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Let the printer repair itself. Got to start menu select the printer then select properties. Go to maintenance menu try all the basic testing. If it still didn't work out, delete the previous driver and install it again, then restart and try printing again.

SOURCE: My LX400 was printing correctly
First, the fuser assembly may be damaged or at the end of its life. The solution is to replace the fuser assembly. Repairing a fuser assembly is generally not recommended because the fuser is considered a consumable printer part and not worth the time or effort to fix. Second, the toner cartridge may be defective and letting too much toner out at one time. in this case, you will need to replace it.

Tips for a great answer:
Dec 03, 2016 | HP Office Equipment & Supplies
1. Browse to
Start -> Run... and type in "NET STOP SPOOLER" (this will stop the
print spooler service)
2. Browse to your
windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ folder. You should see files there ending in
.SPL and .SHD created around the time you tried to print - delete these files.
3. Browse to
Start -> Run... and type in "NET START SPOOLER" (this will restart
the print spooler service)
4. Double click
the printer icon in the lower-right corner of your taskbar to examine your
print job queue and browse to View -> Refresh.
Try to print again.
