Pressing the front control panels hasno effect. How can I unlock this function? Press and hold the OSD menu key for about 10 seconds until picture displays "OSD MAIN MENU UNLOCKED"" Hope this helps :)

you have to carefully force open the clipped back case of the monitor and disconnect completely the cable to the front control buttons, then the monitor works fine though no adjustments can be made

Hold the "OK" button for about 20 seconds

It will initialy come up with the message "OSD Locked" and then after the 20 seconds a ne message will appear "OSD Unlocked"
