Unfortunately, this manual is not available online. I emailed Malber regarding the manual. Although they do not have an online version, they indicated that they would mail a hard copy of the manual to your home. Call 800-387-2011 Malber will be glad to send you the manual.

I lost manual . there are a lot water inside. how

To get the water out , bring the machine forward

Take the drain hose out of the waste pipe

Remove any clips holding it to the back of the washer

Lower the hose into a bucket and the water will drain out under gravity

As for the knob it is a replaceable part but you will need to contact Malber

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.

Rate me pl.....if helped. Click on 'thanks for trying' if not helped, your prob will be back for someone else to solve.

Clothes are still sopping wet when finished

If your clothes are wet after the wash it is quite possible your outlet filter is blocked. Check this out and clean out. This requires periodic cleaning, according to your usage. Refer to your user manual.

New Malber do you unlock the dryer..picked up at store

TURN THE MACHINE OFF NOW. If the machine still has the transit brackets fitted (which is what I think your post implies), operating it in a wash cycle is likely to lead to severe damage to the machine and could be quite dangerous too. You can find a copy of the manual here: Before you use the machine again, suggest you look at page 2, and check that everything that should have been removed actually has been. Turning to the question you actually asked, failure to go into a tumble cycle isn't really the sort of thing that would normally associate with packaging having been left in place. Skimming through the manual, there are hints (see page 14) that you're meant to do some counterintuitive things to make the dryer work on this model - like keeping the "half load" button pressed in. Making sure "Spin Cancel" is out is a bit more obvious, but just as important. A.
