Get to the control panel. Choose network & internet connection - network connections - create a new connection (a box will open) - connect to the internet - set up my connection manually - connect using a broadband connection that requires a username and password and then follow further prompts...You should see the mobile internet icon on network connections or at your desktop (shortcut). If this doesn't help, refer to your phone service provider or its user manual. Hope this helps...
