Question about Nokia 6233 Cellular Phone
I have problems with my nokia phone. when a file is sent to me via blue tooth even from a nokia phone only (i know its a safe device cause it has anti virus protection) ,i can receive the file, but the sender receives a message sending failed status . when you look up the file to the gallery and play it on its musc player, it says file not supported. the phne accdg to its specifications can received mp3 m4 ac format songs. i have a 512 mb memory card and the free space is still 300 mb . the file is only about 1 to 3 mb.
I would suggest u to remove ur memory card and receive a similar file on the phone memory…try to play it…if this happens then the problem Is there with the memory card…it may b a virus problem…format ur memory card…take backup of ur important data in the memory card and format it...
