Question about FireLite (USBFLB80) Hard Drive
My Powerbook G4 with OX10 will no longer mount my firelite externel hard drive. It shows up in disk utility but it will not verify and Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit (-9972) appears. What can I do to mount the drive without losing the data that is on it?
Look at its format, (NTFS) or (FAT32)? and check the DRIVER for the hdd to see if it has any complications or errors, this is easyest fixed by deleting the HDD driver in Device managment and then restarting the computer. good luck.
