FF temp. is set at 37*f but temp. go as low as 22*f. Can not reset the temp. Also the touch pad do not respond when I try to turn off unit

Refrigerator stays in 20 degree range and freezes food. Repairman has order numerous parts. Still not fixed. GE service is awful.

WizUnplug the unit for a couple of minutes and restart. If this doesn't fix it, you may need to replace the computer board.
