Cannot get speakers to work

you bought it new ... every new prodycts should come with warranty therefore best advice take it down to where ever you bought it from

sounds like you grounded out the speakers

TRY WITH A KNOWN WORKING SPEAKER,BARROW OR STEAL LOL
MONITOR SPEAKERS OR OTHER? COULD BE SIMPLE AS A NEW SOUND CABLE FOR THE BACK OF YOUR PC TO YOUR MONITOR OR IF OTHER TRY THEM ON ANOTHER PC BEFORE YOU LOOSE ANY SLEEP OVER IT

Please ensure that your sound card driver is installed. You can find this out by going to control panel>system>device manager>and see if there is anything with a yellow circle with an exclamation point on it. Also see if there is anything under Audio. If not please click here to download the latest audio drivers for your system. If none of the above works, please let me know what Windows version you are using so we can work with you further.

Computer sound. Check if speakers are working at another computer.. If so check that speakers mini jack are connected in right socket.(a dot with 3 brackets at 2 sides.) , should be a green socket fitted in a green female socket.. Still no sound install drivers and software that comes with motherboard, usually work 99%. There?s specific files needed for functionality depending on sound software that windows doesn?t have. If still no sound go to control panel, system,, hardware, device manager, sound video game controllers and uninstall all sound drivers. Reboot and let windows pickup up onboard sound and install drivers auto. if still no sound reinstall windows, make sure you?re not selecting new or format your hard drive, Ask someone that has done it before. This solves usually all my problems. If still no sound buy a separate souncard, they are cheap and use the disk that?s supplied.

if u have a factory amp u need to hook it to the remote wire or power antt

Its not working correctly I have a few different types of center channels and they all have equal sound no matter how many speakers are in them. Connection in speaker box is bad or you may have a blown speaker

I assume you have told Windows about you new speakers ???
(Start, Settings, Control Panel, Sounds and Audio Devices = Volume tab, Speaker Settings box, Advanced button ...)

in your tv headphone out connector if yes you connect cable if sound not out you cheq from your cd walkman or any other player like mp3 ,ipod if it sound come , it means some problem in your tv.
