Hi,
My barcode printer ran out of paper error after print out about 10 labels. When the printer is started, the beginning labels look good, then the problem took place. It seems the roll of label is not very tighted on the roller, when it moved a while, the roll of label moved to close to the internal side (not keep on the original place). How can I fix it to keep the roll in the right position when it moving? Is there any other reason to result in the outcome? Please give me any advise.
There is a small thumb screw under the paper guide that has an adjustable stop to hold the paper. If you load it correctly, you should have one on each side to guide the paper into the printer. Also, the machine has either a roller or a bar to hang the labels on, correct? The bar has an adjustable stop to keep the roll from moving around while you print. You may want to setup the media sensor about 1 cm from the left of the printer to make it less subject to this type of error. They come from the factory very close to the edge of the paper to allow for some card printers to work well out of the box. Most people use labels and this is not necessary. I hope I have given you some helpful information.

We presently have a Zebra 110XiIII Plus Printer that we use for printing labels containing Text and Bar Codes from an MS Access based application. Our current printer comes with a Roll of paper, and labels are printed in several different sizes. We are aware that the printer is RFID Ready, and we would be able to begin printing RFID Labels containing Text and Bar Codes. We are aware that a hardware upgrade may need to be involved, and are trying to determine what other steps we will need to take to make this happen. Do you have any advice?
