No gas coming out of the pilot line.

Removing the pilot tube. Remove the pilot assembly. Blow through the tube. It should be clear. If it is then your problem is in the pilot assembly. Where the brass fitting connects into the pilot assembly you will find a small orifice. I will bet that the orifice is clogged. Clean the best you can. If the small hole remains blocked. Take one strand of wire from a wire brush and push it through the hole. Put everything back together and you should be unblocked.
