Thanks for the help. Yes, my radio does work. And while trying to fix my 4X4 problem with it not working when I press the button, I removed a bunch of the fuses, including the radio ones and got the CD's to move in there a little and got one out that is broken. So, I am guessing there are broken pieces jamming it up. I'm going to try removing the fuses a few more times to see if I can get the CD's to move more and get more out. If not, I found a website that shows the 6 clips to remove the dashpanel and where they are... to get the panel off and get to it easier. Wish me luck! At least I have a radio yet...

The only way to fix your problem is to have a radio repair shop take it apart. You cannot fix this on your own. Remove the radio or get a quote from a repair shop first. If you cannot find a repair shop , talk to the parts guys at you local ford dealer about sending it out for repair.

it probably got jammed in there what you can do is unplug the power source and replug it back in a brief power push should eject the disk. make sure you have your unlock codes as the unit may think it got stolen if you undo the power. if that does not work to get it fixed around $89 bucks Thanks and please rate
