Maytag Gas Dryer won't stay lit

I have a Neptune gas dryer. It will light up, but only stays lit for 5-10 seconds. The dryer is still running and I hear a click sound like it is wanting to light again but doesn't.
If I stop the dryer, then push the start button, it will light again for the 5-10 seconds.
Any idea what part is malfunctioning?
