Paper Jam, Clear jam

check your paper size and setting. This will give you a paper jam every time.

If you check closely, you may find there is a small piece of paper trapped between the rollers?

You could try unplugging the printer from the wall outlet, wait a few seconds then replug. Often times HP printers require a memory reset to clear up problems. There is no need to unplug from the computer, just the outlet.

If the HP All-in-One has a paper jam, first check the rear door. If the jammed paper is not
in the rear rollers, check the top door.

To clear a paper jam from the rear door
1. Turn off the HP All-in-One.
2. Press in the tab on the rear door to release the door. Remove the door by pulling it
away from the HP All-in-One.
CAUTION: Trying to clear a paper jam from the front of the HP All-in-One can
damage the print mechanism. Always access and clear paper jams through the
rear door.

you can find it inside the printer, you have to dismantle it,you can find it under the paper feeding roller,you have to remove the whole assembly..

Have you checked the access door in the rear of the machine?

Look in the rear of the machine for an access door.

Try cleaning the rollers, it's the maintenance tab on the printer's properties. Maybe this will help.
