Question about Samsung SCH-u740 Cellular Phone
I have the samsung u740 and everytime i try and go on to the web or download something it says that the network is busy...why cant i go on any of these things?
I had the same problem with my old phone the Samsung A660. After 45 minutes on phone with Bell Mobility tech support (which did nothing to cure the problem) I fiddled around with the settings abit, and found there is a setting for something called NAM1 and NAM2. I changed it to NAM1 and I was able to access the browser again! I'm not sure though if the U740 has this NAM1 and NAM2 setting. This what to did for the A660:

Normally The first thing u should always do is call your service provider for support. There could be missing features on your account that can cause errors such as this and they can add them. As like BELL MOBILITY they have a special support department that deals with these types of issues and at most times are very good at what they do. In this case sounds like there are services missing on your account that give u access to the browser. Like PMY or PMS PDS. That you are not aware of.
