Works fine in Safe mODE BUT IN NORMAL MODE i CANT READ FROM OR WRITE TO IT i cAN VIEW WHATS ON IT THOUGH i'VE TRIED STARTING WITH VERY VERY FEW PROGRAMS dOES nOT wORK but sAFE mODE dOES WORK its a 100gig drive Maxtor 6 L100P0 what can I do?

Try going into device manager and removing all instances of this device. Then, re-install the device.
