    is it working?

  • Fabio May 11, 2010

Is there current to the laptop?

Try with or without the battery.

could be a problem with the switch itself or the connector on the motherboard ,you might have to take it to an authorised Dell center to get a quote.

How do i fix an ibm server x3400 mt 7975 that is failing to power up ?

The power supply isn't getting a good power signal from the motherboard. Sometimes unplugging the 20 pin connector and plugging it back in a few times will clean a faulty connection. Otherwise your power supply is at fault.
