Question about Kenwood VR-3090
I tried swaping the fibe cables in the back and still no audio. there is no red light out of the cable from the amp. I looked in the back of the amp and noticed there was no red light. I have audio in analog mode just not in digital. I also tried several devices (DVD and X-box) and different cables. It was working and just stopped one day. I have a feeling that the fibre transciever is gone. any ideas? anyone have a schematic with parts list? thanks for your time Richard
Hook up a digital audio coaxial cable to it (not the old ones with the pin in the middle that always bends, the new one that looks like an rca cable except its orange instead of red/white/yellow). If it still doesnt play sound then your receiver is probably in analog mode. If it does play sound then its the fiber optic input.
