Rca universal remote

I have a rca universal remote that quit working, I changed batteries, but lost the book with the codes. The red light works when I hit any key, but I need to reprogram it, can you send me the instructions and codes on line?

i'm tryna figure out how to operate this do you hold tv first and put the codes in how do i know that the codes are being put in

I have a RCA D770 remote for my Direct T V, it will only turn the box [ direct tv ] on or off. It will not change any channels. I have to use the direct tv botton to turn the box [direct tv] on or off what your suggestion.

I need to reset my remote. The red light is lighting up but the remote is not working.

I have got a D770 remote and ive got the codes for the tv but i do not know how to put the codes in the remote so it can control the TV please give me instructions on what buttons i need to push in order to program the remote

it is an RCA universal remote control, but I do not know the code to reinstate it. Also, I do not know the modle number. It has a similar shape as the one pictured below, just not as long or compex, and mine is silver opposed to black.

batteries are you in rca dvd remote red lights flash but i does not turn on maybe the code has been deprogrammed

I have a control that is very simalar to the one mentioned, my grandson knocked off the bed and came apart i put together and it worked a couple of days but was slow then I replaced the batteries and now it does not work the red indicator light still works, when I input the codes it just stays lit, but when I input 1198 and 1199 the light blinks, but when you try to turn it off and on it does not work.
