I have had this problem with four of these devices and it's because of a fault in the firmware that makes them go into a re-booting loop. The problem was supposed to fixed in a later firmware upgrade but how are you supposed to upgrade the firmware when you can't even boot the device and log into it?

    Hi
I have the same problem too
I cannot connect to the device via the ethernet.
The status led is flashing red while the device is trying to boot (i guess)
but then it looses the LAN connection (the LAN led goes off) and the
procedure repeats itself again and again.

Lost web interface otherwise system is working

This does happen occasionally but is not a typical thing. This means that you have either lost network access to the system or a service on the system has stopped. The system will have to be rebooted to get things going normally again. The preferred method (since you can do it through netset) is to connect to the console port with a DB9 straight through serial cable and open hyperterm or putty and connect to it at 9800, 8, 1 none settings. Hit ctrl r and the system will reboot. if you don't have a serial cable then you are forced to pull the power or switch it off and then back on. CAUTION: you risk a database corruption every time the system loses power without closing the database properly (netset or ctrl r through the console) so do this as a last resort. Also, the system will do a disk scan (except V3001) and will take 15 to 45 minutes to complete before the system will start to function again. DO NOT UNPLUG IT AGAIN WHILE IT IS DOING A DISK SCAN! You can tell if it is doing the scan by looking at the S1 and S2 lights on the Call Processor. During a disk scan, they will be alternating back and forth (like police lights). Wait for it to complete and try netset again. I recommend doing a fresh reboot through netset after it comes back up just to be sure it's a fresh clean boot.

I got error and not connect my webcam

The webcam you want to connect should have a cable attached to it. One end is connected to the cam and the other end is to be inserted in the USB port.

Plug in the cam cable in the USB port of your computer and wait....

Note:Now, Keep your driver software ready. You will get it in the CD provided by the manufacturer of the cam at the time of purchase.

Now a window will appear stating "Found New hardware wizzard"

Click on NEXT....then select the NEXT again...here it will search for the driver in your CD and install the same.

Now Reboot the system and start using Web

Need driver for CISCO DB9 TO RJ45 6FT CABLE 72-3383-0 for my notebook

If I am understanding correctly, you are using a serial to ethernet cable. The serial cable plugs into your laptop and the ethernet end plugs into the CONSOLE port on the Cisco.

From here you use a terminal emulation program like "Hyperterminal" to connect via the serial port. As long as your serial port is installed, no other drivers are necessary.

The switch comes with a console cable which will be connected to the console/mgmt port one end and the serial port of the Laptop at the other end.

If you dont have a console cable then you can try a rollover cable.

How do I reset the Privilege password on a 2600? The former IT Manager left without telling us what it is, and now we're screwed.

you need a reboot and a serial console I'm afraid. Lots of places on Cisco that detail the password recovery process, it's quite complex so I'm not going to go into detail, but you need to be physically in the same room connected with a serial console cable (9600 baud) for it to work. Basically, use break to interrupt the startup, change the config register to ignore startup config, reboot , go to enable mode, copy run start, enter config mode and reset the password.
