. I have a Kennmore Coldspot Fridge that runs for

A 15A circuit is mainly reserved for lighting.

Even some vacuum cleaners would trip a 15A circuit breaker.

The problem isn't with your refrigerator...its with the breaker installed in the breaker box.

Check your wire size and follow these rules :
12 gauge wire can have 30A c/b max
14 gauge wire can have 20A c/b max
16 gauge wire can have 15A c/b max

So, if the wires coming out of the wall socket is 12 gauge or even 14 gauge...you should be able to swap that 15A circuit breaker with a 20A circuit breaker.
This should be plenty for your refrigerator...if it "pops a 20A"...then you've got appliance problems.

If you don't feel comfortable doing that...then get a new 15A breaker...because it sounds like the other one has gotten weak.

Hope this helps

I installed a Leviton 1000W/20A 1HP-120V timer to my bathroom fan, with power going through continuously to a nearby plug. Everything worked fine for about 7 months. Now the fan doesn't work but the...

I think the timing device has failed.
Most of these devices come with 1 year limited warranty, so you can exchange for new one.
I usually buy new one, and then return old one as if it was just purchased.

I test timers.
One thing you can check: buy circuit analyzer at home center and plug into receptacle on same circuit.
If circuit is not clean, this will affect electronic devices and shorten lifespan, causing operation failure.
If there is a fault somewhere, you can use multimeter from home center and start at end of circuit and work back through each box and light fixture.

I currently have a 600 watt power pack w/timer on a 120 V circuit protected by a 20 amp ground fault breaker. I was thinking of extending the circuit and adding an additional 300 watt power pack w/timer...

20A circuit x 80% service factor =16amps continuous. 16amps x 120V = 1920 wats. Your total would be only 900 watts. I have assumed that since you have a 20A ground fault breaker that you have #12 ga copper conductors. If you had a considerable distance the 16 amps continuous would drop due to voltage drop and so the total wattage would also, but you're way below these levels.

I lost my Leviton 6230M 30 mins timer installation sheet.

Switch has 2 black wires. One black is hot wire. One black is wire going to fan. Turn off power. Remove wires from switch and separate. Turn power back on. Using ordinary tester, test each black wire to bare copper ground wire. Only one of the black wires will test hot. The other black wire goes to fan.
Timer black wire connects to black hot
Timer blue wire connects to black wire going to fan
Timer white wire connects to white neutral (in absence of white neutral, connect Timer white wire to bare ground)
Timer green connects to bare ground wire
