Problems with audio

posted by klinsman on Oct 08, 2007

Hello, I recently bought a FlyVideo 3000 FM Card. I already followed all the steps in my PC in order to get the audio well functioning. I have a problem with the reception of the sound whether with the tv signal from cable as with any other external devices like playstation, video camara, etc. When I double click in the menu settings of the flyvideo I do not have a button named 713x or something like that ( as showed in the manual ), in which the stereo options can be configured. I only have the option of mono active and stereo inactive. Even if I click on mono, I don´t receive any sound at all. However I effectively receive a fm stereo sound from the radio, which indicates to me (that´s my belief) that the black connector (included in the flyvideo pack) that goes from the flyvideo to the soundcard, is correctly connected.

Can you please give an orientation in which might be the solution to this problem.

Thank you very much
