first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for maybe an hour.
If that doesn't work, check the owner's manual.

DEMO MODE ON/OFF
Demo mode is designed for retail store display. In this mode, the oven can be demonstrated with no power in the oven.
On the "Timer/Clock: button:
4 taps ON The oven is in Demo mode.
4 more taps OFF The oven is not in Demo mode.

Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire microwave is displaying an error code of "E-11". An "E-11" stands for the gas-sensor is open, this could be an issue with your sensor harness, connections, or gas sensor. I would recommend performing a reset on your microwave and you can do that by flipping off the household circuit breaker for at least ten minutes. If that does not resolve your issue you may need to seek assistance from a professional technician for proper repairs. This will help you avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt
