you have multiple stages of heating and not all of the stages are operating. it could be a limit switch, that would be a very good place to start.(stages or zones)

Why is the blue wire on blower relay sparking when motor comes on

Bad connection. Shut off the power and re-crimp the connector or replace it. Take a picture of the connector and go to the hardware store and ask a sales associate for the connector.

Coleman Evcon furnace. Can i make it circulate air?

Your thermostat should have a "continuous blower" setting. Use that instead of fooling around with the A/C setting

Fan won't blow on ac, but works on furnace

The fans heat speed is low speed and the cool speed is high speed. High speed is controlled by the fan relay normally open switch, the low speed is controlled by the temperature delay or time delay.

  • Hey, nofarmark91

Turn the Coleman furnace system switch to the "Off" position on the electric service panel.

  • Locate the manual reset switch near the left side of your furnace blower. Your Coleman furnace has an upper limit switch for manual reset and a lower limit switch for automatic reset.

  • Press the reset button, which you will find in the middle of the limit switch. Use this manual reset button when the furnace burner will not operate. (See Reference 1 pg 4 "The Furnace Controls and their Function/Important" & Reference 4 # 3)

  • Turn the system switch to the "On" position.

  • Good Luck

    Coleman forced air furnace blower

Rmove the two screws holding the blower in place and slide it out. With the power off, rotate the wheel and inspect for debris or an impingement. If everything turns easy, you have a bad motor or start capacitor. If you have rubbing, adjust the wheel. If the motor will not turn, replace it.
