Snow blower runs well then dies to a rough idle

Sounds like it has dirt or water in the carb and is slowing down the fuel flow and starving the engine of fuel.

Starts fine, run fine, for about 2 to 5 min.,then cuts off, sounds like it's not getting the gas.

I have a Husqvarna 125B same problem. Turned out to be a bad gas cap. Doesn't vent properly and starves the engine. I took the gas cap off of my Huqvarna weed eater and put on blower and blower worked fine,

Have a Tanaka TBL 4600, engine 2t7xs0434bl whats my fuel to oil ratio for mixing gas

Your owner manual states 25:1 but 50:1 in California. 25:1 would be 5.12 ounces of oil/gallon or 2.56 ounces in a half-gallon.
Here is the link to your manual also.

Here is a handy oil-ratio chart.

Engine was running fine and all of a sudden it started running slower until it died. It sounds like it is starving for fuel. Replaced the in line in-tank fuel filter with no effect. After it dies I will...

Check your fuel cap....try running your machine with the cap loose or off...you may have a clogged fuel tank vent... also check all the fuel lines to the carburetor to be sure none of them have degraded or have air leaks....also check your muffler to be sure it is not clogged ...hope this helps...;-D
