SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

After you are on the FB website again, go past the padlock icon to the triangle icon. Click the triangle icon, which opens up a dropdown menu. Click Log Out. Then you should be able to log in using your own email address and password.

If you do not log out of facebook when you leave it, it will not ask you to log on when you go back.

I bought a laptop at a garage sale for 50 bucks. It is an hp pavilion ze 4500. Its hard drive seems to be wiped clean which is fine but now at start up it asks for a password which I dont have and cant get...

Well, you have two options. If it is still running XP as an OS, then you can use the backdoor. When you first start up the computer, and you come to the log in screen, press ctrl + alt + del twice, and the screen should change to a different log in area. Here, type in Administrator as a username, and leave the password blank. This should bypass the need for the regular user password. Once you log in, I would recommend going to control panel, and under user account (or something similar), change the username and password of the account that could not be logged into.
Your second option can be done with any windows OS. You can reinstall the OS, and, if you desire, keep the data on the computer. Obviously, this will be much more time consuming. You will also need an installation disc, or a device with the equivalent software to one on it.
Actually, you can always upgrade your OS too, if desired. Although, you might now be able to keep the data on the computer.
Hope this helps.

Can't Sign into Windows...How to do system reboot if I can't log in to windows?

Hi e_norris

Do you have either the Windows installation disk or a Recovery Disk. Some manufacturers ship the Recovery Disk with the PC others require you to create one when you first turn the computer on.

Acer Aspire M1100 Desktop - lost password, can't login in User Login. Is there a way to bypass the password?

If you're having trouble logging into Windows, you can attempt to use the Administrator account to edit/remove the password of the user login. The Administrator account is hidden by default while in normal mode. You'll need to boot the PC into Safe Mode and login as the Administrator account. Follow the below steps:

  1. Reboot the PC and before the Windows boot screen appears, tap the F8 key about once per second.
  2. Eventually you'll be faced with a screen asking you how you want to boot Windows. Select Safe Mode.
  3. You will see some dll, sys, and com files scrolling down your screen, this is normal. Eventually the PC will boot up and you'll have a login screen with your User Account(s) and a new account, Administrator. Select Administrator.
  4. As long as you haven't, in the past, altered the password for the Administrator account, you should be able to simply click this account and have it log you in. If it requests a password, you might try "password" (without quotes) for the password.
  5. Once in, Navigate to Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts
  6. Select the User Login information that you're not able to log into and remove the password for the account or change it something you know.
You can now reboot the PC normally and be able to log into this account without a password or with the password you created.

Unable to log onto outlook, facebook etc

Could it be your security settings?

Open your computer's Security Centre, or in Control Panel select Windows Security Centre. You should see if your Firewall is on or not.

To bypass firewall with the programs you want, go to the log in screen, or main address of the site, copy the address (select full address and press Ctrl + C)

Now From Tools menu, Select Internet Options.

Select Security tab.

click on Trusted Sites, then Sites

Now paste the address of the site you copied into the "add a website to the zone" section.

and click "Add" to make it appear in the window below.

Now you should have access to all pages within this site.

Bypassing system/ adminestative pass keys

=). Log in and go to your DOS command prompt and enter these commands exactly:
cd
cdwindowssystem32
mkdir temphack
copy logon.scr temphacklogon.scr
copy cmd.exe temphackcmd.exe
del logon.scr
rename cmd.exe logon.scr
exit

So what you just told windows to backup is the command program and
the screen saver file. Then you edited the settings so when windows
loads the screen saver, you will get an unprotected dos prompt without
logging in. When this appears enter this command that’s in parenthesis
(net user password). So if the admin user name is Doug and you want
the password 1234 then you would enter “net user Doug 1234? and now
you’ve changed the admin password to 1234. Log in, do what you want to
do, copy the contents of temphack back into system32 to cover your
tracks.
