Toilet flapper doesn't stay up unless handle is held down until tank empties.

If the flapper won't stay up, you may be lifting it too high - you want to retain a little air inside it when it's lifted. Try adjusting it to a lower lift height.

How do u take coils out of burner from a landa pressure washer

Hello,

If you are talking about the water coil for the burner it will depend on the specific model of the washer, however it is a similar procedure amongst all our washers. For horizontal coil machines you first need to remove the bolts securing the top wrap, then fold back the fiberglass insulation to reveal the coil. Next un-hook all plumbing from the inlet and outlet of the coil. Now if you look at the top of the coil you will see a threaded hole in the center. You can secure a chain to this with a 3/8 bolt and washer in order to help you lift it out.

For a vertical coil you will need to remove top cover from the burner wrap. Next un-hook all plumbing from the inlet and outlet. Now secure a chain to the top of the coil and lift it slowly from the wrap.

If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me using the information below.

Need to tighten chain

Hi, first you need to use some pressurized air to blow out all of the debris from the attachment points of the bar. Then, loosen the retaining bolts for the bar . Find the tensioner screw beside the bar. You can spot this screw by looking at the saw head-on. Next, turn the tensioner screw clockwise until you can only lift the chain a quarter inch from the bar. Afterwards tighten the retaining nuts, but do not over tighten! Hope this helps.

Installing lift station. have 30 gal sump bucket

Depending on local codes, you may need to vent a 2" line separately out the roof. Otherwise, you may tie this vent into the other house vent line, but it should be a 2" vent conected to another 2" vent line. Again, you will have to check local codes. The drain connection should be made with a 2" connection into the top of a 4x2" wye 10' from any other connection. This follows most plumbing ordinances.

The small disk right under the strainer is adjustable and has a lock nut. You will need to try and adjust this. If it doesn't work, the I would sugest replaceing them. They aren't that expensive plus they are easy to replace. Good luck!

Too many variables to answer this yet. Where did the expansion pak come from? Was it new or used? Was a jumper pak in place and the console working before you installed the expansion pak? Did you unplug the console before removing the jumper pak and installing the expansion pak?
