my brushes started to jam and not turn, so i cleaned the brushes and parts and now the brushes dont work at all. please help.

I have taken the brushes out and cleaned them> I have also cleaner the small brush filter. I have replaced the brush assembly properly. The brush button is at ON. Brushes still bo not turn??

GuruThe brush roll motor is most likely bad (part #2036757). You will have to take it aprt and check it.
