Problem for Citrix GoToMyPC

Gotomypc connection on wireless laptop

I had gotopc working for more than a year both wired thru my desktop and wireless on my laptop. All of a sudden I can still use gotomypc on the desktop but cannot get any connectivity on the wireless laptop. No changes that I know of. Internet is fine. Tech support says something must be blocking. I can;t find anything ANy suggestions
