How to add brake fluid international 574

It has hydraulic brakes, you will have to bleed the brakes. There is a bleeder screw on top of each rear axle, and it looks like a grease zerk.
This procedure will require a clean bucket and 1/4, 3/8 or 5/16 inch clear tubing that will fit over bleeder screw nipple.
To bleed the brakes run the tractor until the Hytran hydraulic fluid reaches operating temperature.
Run engine at fast idle 1400-1600 RPM, block rear wheels.
With tubing connected to nipple on bleed screw and other end in clean bucket, loosen bleed screw and let hydraulic fluid drain until you are air bubble free, then close bleed screw. Repeat on other brake. Do not pump brakes while bleeding.
Check and if needed, Top off the hydraulic fluid with clean fluid, make sure transmission fluid level is full or over full. Also check for leaks at the bottom of dash and along the top of transmission cover. The brake lines run from under battery box along the top of transmission and then go to the rear axles.
You might have to repeat the bleeding process to get all the air out of the lines, if the bleeding works but only lasts a few days then it probably has leaking seals in brake pistons.

I was needing to know a way to flush the old contaminated hydraulic fluid out of a clutch system on a 1994 Ford Escort.

If the contaminated fluid is just old brake/clutch fluid which has too high a moisture content, then just bleed the clutch in the normal way but keep bleeding until what comes out is fresh clean fluid. Obviously, you need to keep a careful check on the fluid reservoir level as you do the job to ensure that you don't allow the level to drop low enough to pull air into the system.

If the clutch hydraulics have been contaminated with mineral oil though, then you must completely drain and strip the master cylinder and slave cylinder afterwards and replace all the seals after washing all internal components in fresh brake fluid. Flushing first just ensures that no contamination remains in the hoses to ruin the new seals when you refill the system.

I have a case 4210 farm tractor and need to know what the best type of hydraulic fluid to use would be ??????

Older case machines used a fluid identified as TCH (Torque Converter Hydraulic) for both the transmission and the hydraulic system. It's not readily available so has been replaced by default by separate products. Hydraulic fluid for the cylinder system, and transmission fluid for the torque converter. I'm currently using NAPA TDH with no problems.

John Deere 1020 Weak 3 point hydraulics

I would suggest you find a JD dealer and buy a manual if you want to do the maintenance yourself. You can also do a Google search and find manuals.

I would also suggest you completely drain the old hydraulic fluid and replace it with new fluid and a new filter if it has not been serviced any time in the recent past.

The symptoms you describe can be low fluid and/or a clogged filter. If you or anyone else has run the tractor too long and it has low fluids and/or a clogged filter, you can damage the hydraulic pump and that can get costly.
