Help! can't upload my photos to my auction server! Where is JPEG

just received Cobra dc822 as gift- very confusing-took pics ok but my auction server ( Infrog) says they are not in JPEG format. I can't find out anything in the manual about how to get it to JPEG. Do I have to reformat or what-the person who gave me it to me as a gift formatted it but I cannot seem to get it back to FORMAT when I press the buttons.

Not sure what kind of media card you are using or internal memory but have you tried taking the photo - placing the memory card - or - photo it self on the hard drive of your computer somewhere it will be easy for you to find and you can use explorer - find the photo with explorer - right click on the photo - here you can use a few things - properties will tell you a little information about the photo - you can use " Open With " and try paint or Microsoft photo editor [ the one I use the most ] and once opened up - just use the menu on the top and save it as a jpg.
