SOURCE: drivers are outdated
When you install certain software, they might show your drivers are outdated. That is because the manufacturer may have released newer versions. However if your computer is working fine, there is no need to update the drivers!

Tips for a great answer:
May 11, 2013 | Dell Vostro 260S Desktop Computer Intel...
Feb 13, 2013 | Logitech HID-compliant Mouse
Insert the USB dongle that came with your technika wireless mouse into a USB computer port on your machine.
This dongle, which resembles a regular flash drive in appearance, can be plugged into any available USB port.
Once inserted, it immediately turns on.
Insert the required amount of batteries (typically two AA batteries, though it changes depending on the model) into the compartment on the bottom of your HP wireless mouse.
Flip the "ON" switch on the bottom of your technika wireless mouse.
Press the "Sync" button on the bottom of your technika wireless mouse.
The mouse will now sync with your computer and will be immediately usable.
hope this helps
i have read some good and bad reviews on this mouse one stated the wireles stopped working several times and it had to be replaced
