Question about Kodak ESP Office 2170 All-in-One Printer
It will not print, says printhead is loose or missing. install printhead or cartridges (code 3513). I've removed the print head & installed new ink cartridges

If that error happens every single time you turn on the printer, that pirnthead is faulty.
But if the error only happens some times, try a firmware update from www.kodak.com/go/downloads

In regards to the error message with the printhead missing or come loose......I had that issue just shortly after I installed my printer. I was going crazy trying to fix it taking it out and reinstalling which was a pain, removing the cartridges and then the printhead to no avail. Finally I got smart and disconnected the power cord from the printer itself, not directly from the outlet. Once I did that and turned the printer back on the error was gone. It might have been a fluke, but it worked for me, so you might want to try it.
