Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
Downloaded iTunes and it won't open. Error message reads something like "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvinience" I know there is likely a program on my computer that is preventing it from opening - I just have no idea which program it is. In order to avoid contacting Apple (which I am pessamistic about) or reinstalling Windows and the packages my computer came with (I would have to pay £35 for a recovery disk from the TechGuys at PCWorld) - is there a fast way of identifying which program is preventing iTunes from running?
I would suggest first making sure you downloaded the correct version of iTunes for your operating system. Second, deleat the entire program you just downloaded, be sure to get all the files, then redownload and open without opening any other programs (besides the web browser)

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
