SOURCE: The LED touch Pad underneath the stand does not

With your remote, go into Menu. Then scroll down to setup and press the right arrow. Scroll down with the down arrow until you reach General and press the right arrow again. Scroll down once on Slide Key and press the right arrow. Now turn this feature on if not already. If the slide key does not slide out then consult Samsung for repair.

SOURCE: how to fix my samsung tv

What's the source of the signal for the LN-R328W. The mode not supported message shows up when the source signal is not compatible with the TV. For example: if the source is a computer, use a different monitor to make sure that the refresh rate is 60Hz. Next, turn on the TV and set it to the VGA source before you turn on the computer. (Most modern computers will then see the TV as a monitor and set the correct resolution.) Note: this TV can't support an HDMI signal from a computer. (The signal is different than that for a Blu-ray player or HD set-top box.)
For game stations, you may need to check the manual for the box to set the resolution for your TV.

I hope this helps.

Do a reset to this TV, and then check. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. I have a Samsung 40 led smart tv... Model number UN40D6000SF.. The problem I'm having is when the boot logo is upside down tv will flash on n off. What is wrong with it??

Samsung say you should try the factory reset option.
If that doesn't work it could be a fault on the main board. Sometimes this happens when boards are replaced.
There is also a service mode that allows you to flip the main screen. You can find how to access that by searching YouTube with the words "Samsung TV picture upside down".
Try the other options first though.

First try,

Problem: All the front LEDs are in operation but the monitor remains black.

Solution: Video out may come out differently with the connected monitor. In short, Video
Out is set to Composite Output but connected to VGA Input Monitor or vice
versa. If the MODE and ZOOM buttons are pressed and hold for 5 seconds, the
system restarts while alarming beep sound.

Second and works 99.9% of the time but you have to reset all parameters

Factory Default will be done as follows;
- In Live mode, press and hold down MODE and then PTZ on the front panel for
6 seconds to reset all settings to factory.
