My Nintendo dsi isn't letting me delete any of the photos I want to delete no matter what I do. My touch screen is fine until I visit the system memory pictures button. It then shows my photos I recently took but then the controls don't work. I'm not even allowed to hit back and I have to hit the power button. No matter how many times I turn this on and off, it does this each time I come back and I'm not allowed to delete any photos so I can't take any because the memory is all taken up. Please help!

Who do you send pictures to facebook on your dsi

  1. Hello supergirl11,

    The Nintendo DSi can send pictures straight to a Facebook profile if you have these following things...

    - An Internet Connection with your Nintendo DSi
    - A Facebook Integration
    - Nintendo DSi System Menu of 1.4

    In order to obtain Facebook Integration, you must have a system menu 1.4. To see if you have 1.4, you must go to "Settings ( or wrench )" on the NDSi menu screen, and the version number will appear on the top screen in the lower right corner. If you do not have at least 1.4, you must find "Settings" again on the main NDSi screen, and move to page 4 using the right arrow. Select, "System Update", then "Yes", then "Next". Pick 'I Agree', then OK to begin the system update. You must have an internet connection to perform this. Facebook Integration is 100% free, and supplied by Nintendo, and Facebook.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    How to send photos to your Facebook account-

    1. Choose the "camera" feature on the main NDSi menu.
    2. Select the "album" feature.
    3. Pick the photo you would like to send to Facebook, then touch the blue Facebook icon on the sticker tool bar.
    4. Choose "yes" to connect to the internet.
    5. Enter your Facebook Username, and password to sign into your Facebook account.
    6. Select "yes" to send the photo to your Facebook pictures. You are now done.

    If you have any further questions or concerns, just post a comment stating the problem.

How to Replace a Nintendo DSi Touch Screen

Finding someone to fix a Nintendo DSi touch screen can be time-consuming and costly. However, with the right tools, you can do it yourself. Even if you've never tried fixing anything until now.

Instructions

things you'll need:

* Tri-wing screwdriver
* Precision Phillips screwdriver
* Precision flathead screwdriver
* New Nintendo DSi touch screen

Turn the Nintendo DSi over and find the five screws on the edges of the bottom. Take each one out with your tri-wing screwdriver. In the center you will find an additional screw that will need to be removed with a precision Phillips screwdriver. This keeps your battery in place.

Take the battery out. Underneath it you will find two screws that must be removed with the tri-wing screwdriver. After both have been taken out, pull up on the bottom casing to access the motherboard. In order to replace a Nintendo DSi touch screen, this will have to be removed.

Detach the right and left buttons in the top corners by pulling up. Underneath each one will be a spring---make sure you don't lose these. Then remove the four screws in the middle of the motherboard with the precision Phillips screwdriver.

Look for the ribbon attached on the bottom left corner of the motherboard. Take a precision flathead screwdriver and pull up on the black bar that connects the ribbon. You should be able to slide it out by pulling back.

Find the two small connectors that are locked in with two tiny clips on each one. Lift up on all four clips to pull out the underlying connectors. Take out the motherboard and turn it upside down. Now you are ready to replace your DSi touch screen.

Detach the Nintendo DSi touch screen with your fingernails. Pull it away from the adhesive, one side at a time. Take the new screen and peel away the protective plastic before replacing it. Line it up where the old touch screen was and reassemble the Nintendo DSi.

Hope it helped...

THE CAMERA MENU IN THE ALBUM PART IS NOT START

  1. Was the photo taken with the Nintendo DSi or Nintendo DSi XL?
    • If the photo was taken with another device (such as a digital camera or cell phone), it will not display on your system. Only photos taken with the Nintendo DSi or Nintendo DSi XL system's camera will display.
    • Have you edited or renamed using a PC or Mac? Photos modified with a computer will not display on the system.
  2. Try taking another photo with the Nintendo DSi camera.
    • If the photo you take display fine, then there could have been an issue with the previous photo (such as accidental deletion) and your system appears to be working correctly.
    • If the photo you take does not display, then there appears to be an issue with one or both of the system's cameras, and your system will need to be repaired. Please click here for repair information.

My ds lite has: "system date error" how do i fix

Hi there,

Let us investigate in this matter and try to resolve it.

Since the 10th of April, 2010, some users of the Nintendo DS and DSi and the R4i SDHC card have experienced an error that stops the DS card / DSi card from being used. The error contains the message “Loading… System date error! Please check NDS system date” when a user turns on their Nintendo DS, Nintendo DS Lite, Nintendo DSi or Nintendo DSi XL console.
The reason of this error seems to be an incompatibility between the actual system date on the Nintendo DS console and the R4i SDHC card. This is possible of the Nintendo DS was played until it lost all power, or if the memory card within the R4i SDHC was formatted incorrectly. It can also be attributed to the date simply being incorrectly calibrated. In some situations, transferring a .SAV file from another Nintendo DS that has a different system date on it, can also trigger the problem. It currently seems to be that the problem only manifested itself after the 10th of April, 2010. While the team behind the R4i SDHC are working on a fix to be a future part of a software update, consumers are advised to go into their Nintendo DS system settings and set the date back until the R4i SDHC card can continue to function as normal. In some cases, setting the date back up to a month is required to temporarily solve the problem.
google_protectAndRun("ads_core.google_render_ad", google_handleError, google_render_ad); Until a software solution is found, the R4i SDHC team would suggest consumers keep their dates wound back. To hear the latest about what solutions, both temporary and permanent, please visit the blog on http://www.dscardworld.com where solutions will be tested before presented to the public.
Hope that works.
