This sensor has 2 wires coming from it, a red one and a black one. You must connect the feed (hot) wire from house to black wire and the red goes to the light wire.

Can't get wi-fi to work

Your network is working for hard wired device, now you want to make it WiFi. Your router should have WSP button. Press and hold for a few seconds then release. See if your network is now visible on the device you want to connect. If so now type in network password.

I have a laars jandy 250 lt gas pool heater that only heats luke warm. The heater cycles normally then heats up but stops before reaching operating temp. No service lights and thermal switches are g

I do not have a handy but mine has a temperature setting at the heater and one on the remote. it is possible that one of the settings is low. the pool or spa temp is sensed at the heater and with the water temp located in the pool lines. so both the control board and the heater are sensing the water temperature.

1989 dodge 250 the red ignition wire is getting hot and melting in two when the key is turned to the run position

Blue wire to ignition switch, from alternator voltage regulator.( 12 volts ) ECU power wire, Red wire to battery terminal. Blue wire goes from alternator to the ignition switch. The voltage regulator senses the incoming voltage from the blue wire. ) it grounds the green field wire This energizes the alternator field, and the alternator begins to produce a charge and sends it to the battery via the main output wire. When the voltage regulator senses 14 volts from the blue field wire, it cuts the ground to the green field wire. Good-Day!

Hello, in order for the humidifier to turn on and off with the furnace you need either a sail switch or current sensing relay. A sail switch mounts in the return air duct and senses the return air when the furnace turns on thus turning on the humidifier and turning it off when the airflow stops. A current sensing relay works the same way but instaed of sensing airflow in senses current on the blower motors common lead and is easier to install than a sail switch. I will post a pic of both

Welder will weld for about 30 minutes and then will not weld until the unit cools down. generator function is normal. the repair shop told me that the welding leads were bad so I replaced them and have the...

If you check the wire A4 which connects the bridge to the current selector switch, make sure the connections are clean and tight. The sense wire parallels it and dirty connections on A4 can make more current flow through the sense wire than normal.

It is also possible the current sensor may be faulty, or has a bad connection, or is even seeing transient spikes from brush noise. The sensor connects to terminals 3 and 4 of J2 the 4 terminal connector on PCB1. And looks like a plastic and metal donut The sense loop for welding is supposed to be a single loop through and the generator sense should be 3 loops through.
