How old is the cabbage?
Typically, if you can defrost the leaves without any browning and without it still staying crystallized or see-through, you may use it.

Peach tree with black spots on the fruit.

Use of fungicides from the start of buds popping up to and including fruit growth period should help. Also keep the area clean of dead wood, weeds, dropped fruit. Remove all non fully formed fruit at end of season

Getting rid of gnats and fruit flies

If you have birds and feed them fruit clean up the old thrown away fruit immediately.
Do not let any fruit lay out...bananas, peaches, strawberrys, etc....ALL will draw the little monsters.
Don't have any open containers of orange juice, cokes, anything sweet or even water.
There are little cardboard fruit moth traps you can buy at the hardware that work quite well.
Camicide was WONDERFUL! BUT you can't find it anymore, anywhere!
Check google for organic solutions.
If you have birds, DO NOT USE ANYTHING AROUND THEM! IT WILL KILL THEM!
Will take a little time and work but you can get rid of the nasty little pests....good luck.

How to freeze apricots

Before freezing, be sure you clean them thoroughly and avoid using any apricots that are damaged. Once apricots are washed and patted dry, cut them in half and remove the pits. Then slice them as you would slice peaches or any other similar fruit.

Boil a medium sized pot of water and dip the slices for about 30 seconds to prevent the skins from toughening, then place in strainer and run under cold water. From this point, freezing them may be done a few different ways, but the most important part is to be sure to include ascorbic acid to keep the apricots from turning brown.

One of the more common ways is to freeze them in a syrup. To make a simple syrup just add one cup of water with one cup of sugar to a pot. Heat and stir until all sugar dissolves. You will need about a half cup of syrup for each pint container you plan to fill with apricots. Then, add 1/8 teaspoon of the ascorbic acid to every cup of syrup.

Pour half of your syrup into a pint sized container you intend to freeze, then layer the apricot slices into the container, leaving about half an inch of space at the top, as the liquid will expand during the freezing process. After that, close the container, label it if preferred, and freeze it!

With this process, frozen apricots should keep for about 18 months if left in the freezer. Best of luck!

Fruit ninja on iPod touch keeps crashing when i open it.

There are couple solutions for this kind of issues.

1. Check to see if there are any updates available through the App Store/ source where you downloaded it from. If there are go ahead and update it.
2. If there aren't any updates go ahead and delete the app and re-download it see if that helps out.
3. Sometimes turning off your iDevice and turning it back on might solve the issue.
