Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a clean install of Ubuntu 13.10, the printer is on a fixed IP address, and also connected via the USB cable. I can add the printer either as a wifi printer or as a connected printer, selecting the printer type as a 'generic ZjStream' printer. The computer thinks this has all worked, but when I print a test page, the printer's LCD display shows that the job was cancelled. The job also shows up as cancelled when I print out the printer's job list. Have I missed a step somewhere?
Try in "my computer" the added devise setting usually at the bottom of the computer bit seek the instillation method what sort of computer do you have

Testimonial: "I'm not using Windows."
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

This printer have a sensor to remind the user when using a wrong paper size.
If you still using a paper that not the same with your software settings, it's still reminds you.
I solve this promblem by after print my works I just press "Cancel Jobs" button to clear a data.

The other option is to use the web page of the xante to print, I do this using mac os 10.4, since it stopped working in the printer menu. Xante support is poor at the very least and sucks at its best.
