I need to log off my gmail account but can't find the setting.

Most often it is a font or upper case, lower case, or symbol issue,
either with your log-in name or password, or both.
When you said up the accounts, you should have recieved a confirmation notice in your email of account set-up.
When you get to the long in screen, copy and paste your log-in information directly from your confirmation/account information that they sent you.
Should this not work, if u submit to them your log-in user name ,they will provide your password.
Again copy and paste the information in, so it reads exactly how they have it showing.

You cannot delete a gmail account unless you can log in first.

SOURCE: I set up a goole gmail account for a friend last night. It was a fresh new account with a new email address for a friend who has no computer. I listed my email as a back up email in case she needed
Try to use password recovery feature or use to give security question answer or if you set secondary email in your account check your that mail account.
