My colman forced air propane heater is burning very yellow is there a way to adjust it to make it right? or is that normal

No, it's not normal.

There are two things that can cause the problem: Low gas pressure or poor air intake at the air shutter control on the burner(s). The air intake may simply be clogged with dust and lint. In which case, you can clean it with a vacuum that has a hose and crevice tool attachment. Vacuuming the burners will also help.

As far as the low gas pressure is concerned , be sure your tank has enough gas to carry the heater. It may be running out. Gas pressure will have to be professionally checked.

The cleaning part, you can handle.

Hope this helps resolve your problem.

The fan limiting switch is acting up. It should stay running until lower temp is reached. It will cycle until the temp stays below or at the low setting. Limit switches are adjustable.

I have a 15 year old Coleman Propane 130,000 Btu force air furnace, Model #BGU13020 forced air furnace. Afer the unit runs for 5 to 10 minuets, the flame will start to shuter and then it will trip the heat...

DO NOT attempt to repair this yourself. LP gas is a very unforgiving gas. Sounds like your heat exchanger is plugged. Yes it can be removed and checked, BUT it is not recommended. Trust your local repair tech. Any heater 15+ years old should be discarded.
