Question about HP DesignJet 110 Plus NR InkJet Printer
My black ink line seem to be blocked i tried almost everything recommended it seems i have to take the ink belt out to have it cleaned - any suggestions, thanks
Occasionally on the 1x0 range there is a valve stem issue that cause air to be allowed into the ink tube system and aslo for the ink to start crystalizing causing blockage , unfortunatly the fix includes a full set of ink tubes and possibly new printheads to complete the calibration

Is it the ink cartridge contacts you already cleaned? If so, then you can also clean it using the tools menu from the printer panel:
-press setup menu, then go to tools
-select clean print cartridge and press ok
-it will print a test page. If the printout is good, you can try printing again.
I hope this helps.

Always try replacing the ink cartridges first.
It sounds like the print heads in the 7780 are bad. Don't confuse the ink cartridges with print heads. The cartridges fit inside the print heads. You will need to change the heads. Here is a link to HP's how-to.
Could have the same problem with the Dell.
