Question about Jet 3 Ultra Power Chair
I plug my chair in and the amp meter on the side bounces once and nothing is coming on it worked fine day before yesterday i checked the fuse and hit the reset can you help me
Sounds like the power is not getting through, check the batteries are they charged? if not there is prob a loose lead or battery needs to be re fitted to be sure they are making proper contact.

Then you must have a charger problem. If you have a digital voltmeter or access to one. Set it to 200 volts dc and plug the leads into the two outter holes of the charger port located under the front of the joystick. Without the charger plugged in you will be reading the current voltage of the batteries. Now plug the charger cord into the wall socket and the reading on the meter should go up to 26-30 volts. if it doesn't change the reading after a few minutes then the charger is bad. Now you can get an off-board charger for your chair somewhat cheaper than an on-board charger. If you have a friend or neighbor that has a chair or scooter with an off-board charger you can borrow it for a few hours to charge your chair until you can get a charger of your own. Check on e-bay for any good 4 amp charger for a power chair it would work fine to charge your chair. Hope this helps you

SOURCE: Chair was working fine. Then
Evonne the batteries were probably overcharged you should never leave it charging for more that 12 hours Check that the freewheel levers are in the drive postion they are two levers under the front of the seat. They should be pointing toward the center of the chair. If they are in the drive mode then there are other problems. Contact Roadrunner Mobility @ 1-800-467-2668 to see if they have a tech that can come out to check the chair Medicare will pay for most of the repair cost if they paid for the chair. Hope this helps
