If you cleaned out the condensor unit, your problem is probably a bad evaporator. Schedule a service call. If the condensor was really dirty then you may have just compacted the dust into the condensor in which case a shot of CO2 would be a good idea.

check on top of subzero with it shut off and you will see a fan pulling air through some fins. those need to be clean and free of dirt if not your system will not get cold enough to meet the thermostat requirements. or you could have a bad thermostat.

Thank you- sub zero when I called told me to shut the breaker off for 15 minutes and see if that clears the code- I still have a call in for service for Monday- any further thoughts from you??? thanks,
